The Staying Sassy Great Green Smoothie

The best way to make your smoothie is in a Nutribullet or a very good blender. It needs to be strong enough to whip everything into one smooth green drink.


  • Handful of raw spinach

  • ½ apple cored but not peeled

  • 1 celery stick

  • ½ ripe avocado

  • A few lettuce leaves and/or cucumber slices

  • 1 cm of root ginger, peeled

  • 1 tspn coconut oil

  • 2 tsps flax seeds

  • 1 tspn chia seeds

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • Cold water to fill up to level indicated in your blender

  • A red berry for Sassiness


  • Throw it all in

  • Whizz

  • Add the red berry for fun

  • Drink

  • Feel self-righteously nutritioned!
