The Staying Sassy Great Green Smoothie
The best way to make your smoothie is in a Nutribullet or a very good blender. It needs to be strong enough to whip everything into one smooth green drink.
Ingredients

Handful of raw spinach

½ apple cored but not peeled

1 celery stick

½ ripe avocado

A few lettuce leaves and/or cucumber slices

1 cm of root ginger, peeled

1 tspn coconut oil

2 tsps flax seeds
-
1 tspn chia seeds

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Cold water to fill up to level indicated in your blender

A red berry for Sassiness
